We specialise in catering for the individual's training needs and goals whether you want to become a recognised Thailand Government backed Qualified Instructor, train in addition to classes, become a Competitor, Improve Technique, Fitness, Strength, Flexibility or Conditioning, Lose weight, Gain or Tone muscle.
Wear light clothing: t-shirt, shorts (bottoms ok for now) and bring bottled water and any equipment you may have: gloves, pads, etc. from any previous training. If not and for hygiene reasons you can purchase later on what you need especially: hand wraps, 16 oz gloves, shin and instep guards, groin guard, etc. I will let you know where from. School t-shirts are £12, our shorts £18 and hoodies £25.
After a few 'New Beginner' sessions, like any reputable & legitimate martial arts school all students fill out and submit an I.T.A.C/RukThai Thai Martial Arts licence membership form with 2 passport size photos and fee £25 (£20 under 16) thereafter £20 (£15 under 16) pa renewal includes necessary legal 'member to member' insurance & so they can also attend 'licenced member' only classes, receive exclusive training information and syllabus material, get 1 on 1 and group private tuition discounts, option to achieve Thai Government recognised grading awards and have a record of these gradings, any fights and/or UK/Thailand courses.
Beginners/new students should come first to our Saturday 1-2.30pm Geenford Sports Centre class (off Lady Margaret Road, Southall, UB1 2NP) - excellent general Muaythai class with mixed ability students, over 1.5 hrs long - £4 kids & £6 adults licenced members, £5 kids & £7 adults non licenced members.
Then after a few sessions students enroll with our official RUKTHAI CAMP/I.T.A.C Thai martial art licence as soon as possible (complete form to be given at class with 2 recent passport size photos + £25 adullts £20 under 16 asap) renewable £20 adults £15 under 16 every year. If you really can't make Saturdays request to attend weekdays and pick up a licence form from us on your first visit.

Our RukThai Boxing Gym classes at Hanwell Community Centre are 1.5 hour classes for licenced members only. Cost is £7 for weekday and/or additional classes. Temporarily we are in the Ground Floor Sports Hall Mondays from 7.30pm and Wednesdays 8pm until the 3rd Floor Gym refurbishment is complete which we expect to be end of 2010. We will then revert back to our normal times of Mondays and Thursdays from 7.45pm.
