This Hatha Yoga class is designed to give you a feeling of overall wellbeing. We begin the class with breathing and relaxation exercises followed by a series of standing and seated postures and balances which will strengthen, improve flexibility and focus the mind. The class concludes with a final relaxation. A must for mind, body and soul.

All adults including beginners welcome. Please seek advice from your G.P. if you have any medical conditions or illnesses.

Please bring a Yoga mat if you have one although a small number available are available, and wear comfortable clothing you can move in.
